Does anybody insulate their waste water paperwork under the van?

Shouldnt need to unless you have a stench trap or any low points in the pipe.
It has a fall towards the tank so water shouldnt stand in the pipe to get frozen.
No harm in insulating it though.

I just leave the tap open over a tapered bucket, allowing the frozen waste to be emptied.

In fact our waste tank is heated but the pipe would freeze even if insulated.

I think I'll leave the waste pipe work as it is....

Just need to think of a way of insulating the fresh water tank now...
