Hi folks just a tip we purchased our van recently after a few miles use the clutch started to fail. so as we had paid for warranty we gave all paper work to garage but were warned by them that there would be little chance of them paying out we had been warned by a couple of other garages these warranties are of little use as they are terrible at paying out as we have found out so buyer beware any one else found the same.

If the purchase was so recent, then I would expect the seller to take responsibility.

An insurance based warranty is unlikely to cover a slipping clutch after a few miles unless it can be proven that something has broken. i.e it was working perfectly originally.

Your supplier is responsible for rectification in any event
