many many years! since I was a kid
if you have decent antimalware software on your computer it will detect the crypto locker program being downloaded and delete it

it doesnt stop people being daft enough to download an attachment from a seemingly trusted source. royal mail dont ask you to download anything in genuine emails and neither do banks. common sense should keep you safe

Around here, if you miss a delivery, they put a card through the door. I would be very suspicious of an email telling me this, particularly as Royal Mail don't have my email address:Doh:

Around my way, if you miss a delivery, they throw whatever it is in a garden ( sometimes not even the right garden !! )
