I have just come off the phone from Alpha batteries. The guy I spoke to was patient, helpful clearly explaining what I was buying and offering good advice so I purchased what I wanted and not what he wanted to sell me. He even gave me a discount and supplied two battery connectors FOC. Best service over the phone I have had. Highly recommend any non techie person who wants battery advice to give the a ring.
