Villamar is the further away by quite a bit and, in my opinion, not nearly as nice as Villasol. I'm not being biased here as we stayed at El Racó for the Winter, which is better than both and about 20 min on foot .
Edit...that's 20 main for us slow old folk

Yes even tennagers! Will never forget walking past a bar with at least 20 parked outside and everyone in bar up dancing.its most oddI didn't think people walked anywhere in Benidorm... surely they all use those "mobility" ride on thingies...

Hmm i keep hearing Raco mentioned and am starting to veer towards it. Any tips on the best pitches to choose?
villamar is much further than any of the main camps, villasol is closer but has no bus route outside,el raco has a bus route and also all facilities you will need on a pitch, villasol has electric only which you pay on top for, raco allowence is 2kw a day when staying for over 3 weeks

Providing it doesn't rain,,Torreta prone to flood big time.BUSBY.You might not be that lucky to pick and choose we were there last week visiting the folks, there was a bit of a changeover going on as the Brits were moving off and the Spanish moving on, but the site was full and pitches were filled instantly - from what I saw pitches were much of a muchness - the Spanish are able to prebook not sure if same applys to Brits in the summer season?
Id choose La Touretta which is about 6 - 7 mins walk closer to town than Raco.
