I'm a newbie
I'm currently in Skagen in Denmark about to make a mad dash back to Warwickshire. I expect to reach Calais on Sunday. Am I likely to find a vet close to Eurotunnel available for worming on Sunday, or do I need to have that done before then on my way to France?

You will have to get it done on the way, copy of timetable here:

The treatment must have been given no less than 24 hours and no more than 120 hours (5 days) before you enter the UK. Your dog can be refused entry or put into quarantine if you don’t follow this rule.

Just started
I used the map of all the vets in france..the link was on here and it was very usefull...as you point out the worming tablets have to be in the dog at least 24 hours before you sail..we nearly messed up big time,,einstein here thought they had to be administered within 24 hours of sailing ..that was a close one!
