As most of you know, my blow out resulted in some slight damage to the van, I went to Venture Caravans (part of the Old Broad Lane) group and they gave me their estimate as to the cost of repairs and parts. This was £100 above my excess and I decided to pick up the cost myself.

The van was taken there today, the work carried out, and when I went to pay the bill it was £130 less than the original estimate, they did the work in shorter time than anticipated. A nice result.

They have, have a proper waiting room, wide screen TV, leather couches, FREE tea and coffee and they update you on a regular interval. What I would expect from a dealer.

Well done Venture, their webpage is.

The other good thing, is that they are close to Watford locks, and, I was able to walk up there and help the volunteer lockkeeper in opening and closing the locks. Pics below.

Nope,.,,, Bu&&er..... So now they only get 9.8 out of 10, how inconsiderate...

No matter what you say, Venture and Tappers came trumps and within budget (well below) in both cases.

    :thanks2:

Done, but the score should be higher, the sales staff brough them down,I did not use them, so the overall 8.4 is not fair.. 9.5 would be better, 10 with some home made cake,,
