Hi Paulus, went there in 05, huge site very well run, excellent toilets/showers, shops and restaurants on site. You will enjoy it. What route are you going?

Hi Paulus, that's the route we took, Tunnel then Milan and down to Venice. Would have taken 2 days, but we got lost in Basel for an hour and then stuck in a jam after Milan for about 8 hours.

Tunnel was fine, just have to keep alert. SWMBO hates tunnels, but I don't think there's an easy way to avoid them. You could go via Austria, but that's a 100 miles further, and I have no idea if there's any tunnels that way.
