Ok. I've googled on this and I just can't identify what the age of my tyres is. I have a DOT code but there is no oval lozenge with the 4 age digits or any other set of 4 digits that might represent the week and year of manufacture.

The van is 2011 and there is some very light cracking of the tyre wall.

There is a very small number 57411 below the DOT code which perhaps could contain the date but if so it doesn't match any date format I am aware of.

    Any advice?

2609 stamped on the rear. Seven years old in June/July so I guess its time to look at replacing them.

Just out of interest - your MH is 2011 & the tyres are 2009 vintage ?

Should they not be 2011 too ?

plenty of motorhomes seem to stick around before selling, ours was a demo on a site just before the recession, 06 chassis, built in 07 to 08 spec, on 05 tyres, not registered till 09!! yet another thing to watch for (y)

Tyres are often at least a year old by the time the van is registered in the UK. the chassis goes to the manufacturer in batches and then might sit around before being used, then the build process and a bit more sitting around at the factory before being shipped to the UK, then the van sits around the dealers before eventually being bought and registered.
