you may find some windscreen shops/body shops will do it for you
but i would do it myself all part of the fun :whatthe:

if you are self building
try a small cut out first
like a hole for the leccy inlet or water inlet

supprising how much confidence it gives when its done
always
check
check
and check again
inside and out for obstuctions
ie sliding doors fowling
what you are about to fit:thumb:

Hi Funster, enter olearys motorhomes via you search engine and loe and behold you will enter the self builders alladins cave. They have all that you could possibly want, all at reasonable prices too.And wait for it they deliver all over the UK as well.I know that they stock seitz and heiki windows and roof lights,as i bought mine from them for our van.
hope that this helps.

new van windows

Hi all thank you all for your input :thumb: we have decided that as it is a self build we will have a go at doing the windows:Doh: so if you see a big red van with even bigger holes in the side you will know who~s it is:ROFLMAO:

visit your local hire shop and get an electric sheet metal nibbler...nice clean cut unlike a jigsaw and, as already said...measure twice, cut once

HI i have got a better idea, i will draw the shape and put the tape round then get wife to do the cutting, then if we end up with patio doors instead of windows i can blame her:ROFLMAO:

always ensure you can buy a slightly larger window for when the first is cut too large...:ROFLMAO:
