I've uploaded a couple of documents which might be of use to others:
Holiday Packing Checklist - this is a list of food/items which need to be checked/packed when preparing for a trip abroad, I've done it in Word format so others can amend it for their own needs.
2014 Activity Calendar - this is in Excel and can be amended as required to incorporate people's travel/event info. You can mark your own events etc on it and put info on the right hand side of what you're plans are for the year - it is then useful to keep with you, either in paper format, or electronically, so you can see at a glance what your commitments are!
