Updating Chinese navi buz sat nav (1 Viewer)

Is there any one who could update my 7" 12 gig Chinese sat nav for me please as I am totally useless with this sort of thing, plus install poi's on the same. I live in Stoke on Trent I would pay or give some red wine for doing this.

if Macclesfield is not too far for you to travel to I can show you how to upload the new maps and install the poi's. You need to do the upgrades etc with a pc. Let me know ( or I can try to advise over the net with e mails etc)
