Go to 'my profile'
On the left hand menu click on 'list subscriptions'
Tick the one you want to unsubscribe.
At the bottom is an actions drop-down menu.
Click on 'delete subscription'

A quicker way to do it.
Selact "My Profile" just below the MH on the front page, (up there). /\
This lists ALL your subscribed threads with the choice of "unsubscribe". :Cool:
