Can anyone recommend a tyre dealer in the north west?
On checking vehicle over ready for its first major trip next month I have discovered cracking on all the tyres round the tread area.
Not a happy bunny :Sad:as I was assured that the tyres were all fine when I bought it in November (it had just been mot'd)
Just been told that the tyres were actually manufactured in 2005:Eeek:
Going to be an expensive mistake on my part taking their word as its a twin rear wheel vehicle.
I was given warranty but f course it doesn't cover tyres.

I'm just buying 4 Michelin Agila Camping from F1 Autocentres....they may have one near you....http://www.f1autocentres.co.uk/

You can check the price etc online....simply type in the tyre size etc the amount you want and it tells you the toatl cost..

Thanks.....they do have the Hankook tyres that are on the vehicle at the moment. Are Hankook ok? They must have been fitted when the vehicle was new in 2006.

You won't get camper tyres for your Transit.
Luckily though, 185/75x16 is a popular commercial size. We shod ours with 6 Yokohama all season tyres for £82 a tyre.

    Try black circles.com
