Been to the garage today, Nikki has two punctures, one in each of the rear tyres.

Cant be fixed of course because tyres are a bit cracked sir.

so how much per tyre for a replacement?

    well

£94 cheapest one we can do sir, because---- wait for it------

    THEY ARE AN UNUSUAL SIZE>.

Every tyre on every car that I have fitted in the last 10 years turns out to be an unusual size...

This is a HONDA JAZZ FFS how many do you see on the road...
my other car is a FIAT PANDA-- BEST SELLING SMALL CAR....
    these replaced a
Mitsubishi and a Crysler so point taken on them except,,,,
When they needed replacing they were'nt unusual sizes.

before that Nikki had a Micra, four new tyres yes guess what, unusual tyre size sir... How many MICRAs are there.

    FGS

Sort it out Dunlop or whoever you are.....

    Enoughs enough.

    RANT ENDS....

now off to discuss RV's V Euros.

Small local garage or branch of a national chain Paul?

Some years ago I had no option but to use a particular national chain after a couple of punctures and in both cases was told a new tyre was needed. Never happened with any other garage.

sounds more like a tyre centre taking the piss out of you

go to tyre-shopper.co.uk or blackcircles and check prices and availability
