Also here (UK) and in Europe they are selling electric tricycles with no VAT as mobility vehicles complete with twist and go throttles now how about that for adding to the confusion

When I bought my ebike it was old stock (made before 2016) and was told it was legal to use .But as it will work on pedal assist as well I might just lock off the twist throtle and just use pedal assist to save any bother as this still seems a grey area with the "law".Dont want a fine !
