assuming you mean terrestrial TV via the sites hookup,

if the freesat box has it you need 'RF in' or 'COAX in'

or bypass the sat box, it isnt doing anything anyway, and connect directly to the coax input of the TV

to retune will be in the TV or satbox Menu.

Its a flatscreen drop down tv cannot find any connections near or adjacent to it to plug in coax tv lead therefore assuming I need to do it through the freesat box

connection points could be on the top side of the tv, the bit fixed to the ceiling

that requires removal from the ceiling or cupboard top.

In the cupboard by the power supply or the one next to it.. You will find a white TV amp..
Remove the aerial input and replace with the coax cable feed coming from the outlet on the pitch...
This will replace your roof aerial with a signal from the campsite....

NOW we get a bit more complicated... You have a new system that only receives DIGITAL DVB signals... On many of the sites they still have old analogue TV distribution signals, so these can ONLY be received with an Analogue TV... This could be one of the reasons you are not getting anything......

Where are you ?? what campsite
