tv brackets (1 Viewer)

Hi Guys.Does anyone know if it is possible to get tv bracket to fit under my fixted tv cabinet i would like bracket to bolt under cabinet and allow tv to swivel for front and rear viewing.it would also need to slide out. Hope this makes sense.
