I need to replace the Truma Utrastore hot water cylinder as it has a small leak from near where the two halves are welded together. The van is an Elddis 115 and the Ultrastore is situated under a removable plywood cover in the bottom of the wardrobe in front of the fire. It looks a tight fit but I think it will come out without having to remove the fire, lets hope so ... Has anyone had to do the same repair, how easy is it? Is there anything to watch out for? I have the original installation manual which is great for installation but not a great deal of help with repairing one.

I'd remove the fire making the whole job much easier & offering a chance to clean the whole area.
