Truma Ultraheat (1 Viewer)

Can anyone help with this problem I have a Truma Ultraheat S3002P in my motorhome which keeps popping the 10a fuse when I try to use the blown air heating any suggestions would be helpful

One possiblity is the fan is not free to turn, dead mouse, worn bearings. siezed or just up the duff,
If it is free to turn your looking for other short curcuit somewhere
