truma heater ?? (1 Viewer)

can any body help, my truma heater with gas and elect, [first time used on last trip new 2012 van]when on elect at 2000 and 9 [on the green] heats up lovely then switches off, then never comes back on, when we and the van are cold,
if we then turn it to off for about 30 mins [when its already cold] and switch on, it warms up again,but again go,s cold
somebody said put it on 1000 or 500 and 6 [on the green] tried this, never warmed up at all.
can anybody help ?

sounds to me like the thermal overheating safety switch is cutting in..

maybe a lack of fresh air.. blocked inlet or cover still on vent.. ?

but as it's still under warranty contact the dealer.
