we are in France and our boiler is showing a steady red light and a green light, and won't work. We have got the fault code which shows "electronic locked". Other than following what it says and getting new parts, is there a way of re setting or fixing this fault do you think? We are lucky in that we appear to be in a heatwave, so no urgency, but just wanted to check if there is anything we can do ourselves.
If anyone knows it's you lot!

New to us recently, but I've no idea if they serviced the boiler. Is the combustion chamber accessible?

its not a job for DIY

what you can do is make sure the exhaust outlet isnt blocked and resetting the boiler by removing the fuse for a couple of minutes

Since 2008 & many years tugging
Combi's are not serviceable no service required.
Try disconnecting the power (pull the fuse in your 12v distribution unit) for a few minutes may force a reset.

Thebig1, beat me to it.

Have you removed the plastic travel cover ? on outside of the van , mine won't work/as yours, shows a red and a green light. It can't get enough air to stay ignited !

My apologies, if you have checked that.

Sorry Big 1 you beat me to my mutterings.

Have you got a window above the flue outlet, Is it partly open as there is normally a micro switch fitted to the window so that the truma will not fire and this prevents fumes entering the van.

John.
