I have just bought an Adria with a Truma therme water heater and it looks like it works on electric 300 watt or the warm air system on the space heater. My question is are they anygood, and if there is no electric hook up what how do you get hot water without switching on the heating in summer?:winky:

Garfield, a small generator will do the business.

Apart from that, if you get an inverter bigger than 300 watt, you can run your electric heater off that.

You need to run your engine at fast tick-over while heating your water, or you will cane you batteries.
You'll need at least an 80 amp alternator to do the job properly.

Note, the similar unit I had, had an 800 watt heater, I suggest you check.
