Recently bought a second hand motorhome from Travelworld. Had a few problems at first all sorted out very swiftly.
Can not fault Travelworld and would recommend without hesitation.

I purchased a Georgie Boy from TW, they carried out expensive and very extensive repairs on a slide-out long after their guarantee said they should. Really went the extra mile for me. Running this place I'm used to getting good service :) but at that time fun did not exist.

It goes to show that not every dealer/client relationship is the same for each transaction. It's what makes finding the right dealer so difficult. We have had poor service from so called good dealers and vice versa.

Like reviews on hotels etc. We can can only read them and look for the ones with the best good/bad ratio before deciding. One thing that this Forum allows us to do.

Its not what went wrong that makes a bad trader
It's how it's put right that counts
Im afraid TW left itself wide open for criticism recently over the simplest of repairs:doh:

I can testify to Jims RV slideout repair, even i was expecting a simple rectification by TW
but they carried out extensive major remedial work to make sure it didn't recur 10/10 for that one (y)
