Just to say thanks to Travelworld at Telford.
When preparing to set off for Newark last week, the headlight cluster shattered, I wasn't even moving. I'd heard of this before on Hymer's, but after nearly 4 years, I thought I was ok.
The cost of replacement was over £1000
but Travelworld offered to approach Hymer on my behalf as the van is out of warranty.
The only work they had done for me previously was a damp check, so not a long standing association.
Today, they fitted a new headlamp unit under warranty, so thanks to Hymer who agreed to the work and to Travelworld, who sorted it all out.
Nice when a dealer does so much to help.
