10 years after many years tugging
Staying at Torredembarra at the minute after hearing of fuel shortages, unseasonably bad weather and now floods in France. Had planned to visit Barcelona.......staying on ACSI site at Canet Mar and going in on train then moving up to San Pere Pescador on Costa Brava before calling at Collioure and Carcassonne ( is camping La Cite very expensive/ convenient or should we use aire which we've never managed to find before?) . Would welcome advice on these ideas as I guess loads of you are out and about in the region. Not got a good track record for getting brill weather so staying while sun shines!!!! Do have to go home soon though. Thanks

There is a nice aire at Narbonne and if you show your barrier ticket on the bus that stops just outside you will get a free ride into and back from town, which is worth a look around.

Plenty of fuel around Narbonne, at least there was up until yesterday morning when we left the area to head north.

The La Cite campsite is OK if a little expensive compared to aires. It's a pleasant walk along the river to the Cite itself.
It is three or four years since we have been there though.

Richard.
