I cannot find the "search previous posts" part, so indulge me,
I would like to have annual multi trip travel insurance, but with previous medical conditions, (heart attack in 1993), I cannot get cover of more than 31 days due to my age (69) and conditions, anybody having similar trouble that can help please.

Similar trouble but no help I'm afraid.
3 strokes and some G.I. Bleeding caused by the warfarin and, even though I am full recovered and a mere pup at 63 I got quoted £85 for a 2 week tour of Europe in Harriet a few weeks ago.
When I asked about an annual policy they said they would have to talk to the underwriters but never came back to me.

Hi there. I had the same problem. Having had heart by-pass in 1999. Also Vascular Disease which resulted in having a femoral artery graft from the heart to the left & right leg. Plus Diabetes. Aged 65 could find no insurance cover. One quoted over a thousand pounds for two months cover.
My other half contacted the Heart Foundation, who sent a number of companies who specialised in covering pre-existing conditions. The one we picked was G, J Sladdin & co. Based in Halifax. Got full cover abroad for 3mths £153.00. Not sure of annual multi trip cost. But hope this helps
