can anyone tell me of a good travel insurer, for someone over 66 with a few ailments for 90 days

We are younger, but have annual multi trip with LV (they cover all age groups)

I asked a similar question recently and someone aged 69 with medical condition mentioned RIAS with max 180 days per trip. I didn't check it out as we'd already insured with Insure and Go (only being 65!!)
