I have purchased a Tracvision 4SL Satelite Dome and I don't think that I am receiving all of the free sat channels that I should be, ie:- BBC news is listed but I cannot receive it and I cannot get BBC South I can only get BBC London, I have a receiver purchased from Lidl's. Can anybody advise if it is the receiver or just that the Satelite is not aligned correctly

I have a Trackvision 4sl and had initial problems. Contacted installer who came out and re-configured system. Now fully satisfied. We can get all channels subject to clear view south!
