Haveing a problem with the radio on the system ..
When stationary get stations no problem all set up channel 1 BBC Radio 1 all six stations all locked .So when I go mobile the stations dont stay , I loose say Radio-1or the reception is rubbish .Can anyone help ie do i need to do anything with the settings on the Radio.
When I get to a different location and STOP ITS FINE.

The signal i get when mobile is rubbish.

Any help would be appreciated

Hi Flinty,

The Autotrail media system 12ELE2000 are not very good and 13ELE2000 are not much better as far as I can tell, just google it and you will see what I mean. I am in the process of looking for a replacement for ours.

I did see you are looking at replaceing the head .Mine works ok its just this problem i have when i am moving it wont stay on the station , so annoying i just have to put a CD in .

I think most people with these units have the same problem with the radio. It's not necessarily the radio it may be the aerial as they are in the wing mirror for some. On my last Fiat I stuck an aerial on the roof and it improved a bit.

My problem is the unit gets very hot and touchscreen becomes unresponsive.
It's going back not the dealer.
