Tomtom Trouble! (1 Viewer)

I find my Tomtom really great and I have successfuly loaded French aires onto it but----
I keep getting E mails from i-Camping Car - Support GPS <support.gps@i-campingcar.fr> which shows loads of new aires but how do I get them onto my Tomtom please???
Not used to all this modern 'stuff'!
