I was there 5 days ago and the toll system was not in use at that time, there have been multiple delays and starting dates issued for the opening, it could well be this is another false report.

I have just got of Skype with some Spanish friend in Seville who where visiting In the Algarve yesterday and passed on the A22 motorway, they told me that there is still no tolls system in use.
