Have booked Le Shuttle for May, intend to return to Rennes, cost us about £30 last year on the toll roads to Calais - fabulous, empty roads that we didn't mind paying for to speed return.
Le Shuttle have come up with an offer - A Libert-y tag 'free', but when you go onto the site, there are several charges apparent - but I can't work out if this is a good deal or not? Any help, please.

• Free application - no fee (save €10)
• €6** annual fee for the first year of subscription, discounted to €3** from the second year onwards
• €20 refundable security deposit on the tag
• €5** active usage fee - only for the months in which the tag is used and capped at €10 in any subscription year

The pleasure of a toll barrier opening automatically is wonderful. Make sure you site it carefully on windscreen. I think you will find it is a good deal

I ordered it direct from Sanef as we aren't using the tunnel. It seemed to be simpler

The pros and cons of using the tag are pretty well covered on previous posts.
We wouldn't be without one!
Saves us time, fuel and grief.

We took up the offer year before last, best thing we ever did. Love not having to queue or faff with notes, credit cards. Also great not to carry the extra cash. Just comes straight out of bank account. We love the old windy roads, but sometimes, you just want to get down south or somewhere quickly and the tolls are great for that.

Love it! The ping as the barrier goes up makes your heart sing! Not too heavy on the pocket either. Go for it.

I was told about this firm, haven't tried it yet as I'm in Spain but I might order one on my return. Seems to cater for > 3500kgs which my van is, not exactly cheap though:
