Our electrolux fridge is sometimes a bit of a b*gger to light with its little piezo sparking device.
I've never liked them but the electrolux electronic igniters are pretty pricy. Anyhoo, this gadget was pointed out to me.

It's a battery operated electronic ignition unit costing the princely sum £10.98 including P&P from Hong Kong. Took 10 days to arrive, has no instructions and no battery but it's pretty self-explanatory. It runs on a single AA battery and you just connect the 5 unwanted outlets to earth and one to the lead from the original piece igniter.
Works like a dream and as it's a lot quieter in operation, you can actually hear the gas ignition much more easily.
Hope this helps others frustrated by their igniters.
