Help please. How do I find out the model number of the awning that is fitted to my van. I would like to get a privacy room for the winter, but I can't find a model number anywhere. :Sad:

If you release the awning slightly, the model humber is stamped inside the right hand inner end - it will be something like 502.

You will have to measurr the distance from the awnig to the floor for the height of the awning. Best on a level surface with the awning fully extended and level in height to the mounting.
