Mrs Simbadog is away this weekend :Cool: I fancy a night away in'tvan, somewhere in Cornwall or West Devon within walking distance of decent beer, any suggestions?

Or closer to you Whitsand Bay Holiday Park, they got Restaurant, Pub on site

Hmmm, don't really want to drive too far, might perhaps go to Maker as it's got nice views & about 15 minute walk down to Cawsand / Beesand ?

Hi Simbadog,
you could try this place if you wanted http://www.bettycottles.co.uk/9/campsite. just off the A30, good road to get to it, it's just outside Okehampton. Good food and a nice pint . My work buds and me go there once a month for a nosh and a few beers. They are also part of Brit Stops, so if you ring ahead i reckon they should accommodate you no probs. Hope this is of help.

Maker ...definitely.....it's even got its own pub The Random! ( and it is)....my brother runs the camping from his MH. Ask for Tony. Go for the full migraine!
