Its hard to believe four people could steal so much gear

Two other thoughts:
A) Are insurance premiums rising because of thefts, and if so, will they now fall? (Answers on a postage stamp, please)

B) Glad they've been prosecuted for conspiracy - this used to open the possibility of a much longer sentence than theft.
( Mind you, they'll be fine in their open prison, paid holiday 365 days every year, except fpr leave periods...)
