I have just changed my thetford door 3 toilet access hatch as it was leaking, The new door comes with a new key, I want to take the barrel out of the original door and put it in new so my keys match the rest of the van, Anyone know how?

Was a newbie, now a Middie.
Check along the barrel of the lock itself. There should be a small hole. Push into this with a thin screwdriver, or a thick pin, and the lock mechanism will slide out forwards. Don't worry, it wont fall apart, (unless previously damaged). Carry out the procedure on the new lock, line up the pin with the hole in the case, and slide in. :thumb:
