Since 2008 after caravanning for 20 years
We're in Lyon, France, and our Thetford N150 fridge is showing fault code 1, low current on 230v. Will not run on mains and I suspect te heating element is gone. Runs on gas fine but we are getting a bit low on gas. What do I need to do to connect a french gas bottle to the van, i.e what bits do I need to purchase.

Any assistance will be appreciated, we only have occasional connectivity so I'll check back tomorrow when I get a free connection.

what you need to connect a french bottle will depend on what you have in your van now if you have a bulkhead regulator then probably just a different pigtail(the flexible pipe that goes from reg to bottle)
if you have a bottle mounted regulator then youll need a bottle and reglator
if you have a barbeque point its possible to connect a french bottle and regulator via that handy if you cant find a bottle that will fit in your locker
