Just noticed that at the bottom of every page there is a repeat of the menu or perhaps nested menu which allows you to move to other pages without having to scroll back all the way to the top of the page again. This is really useful on a touch screen.
For example, if you click on Recent Posts on the Forum home page then select a post, you can read the post then just below it you can see a link back to Recent Posts, taking you straight to the list of new posts again with a single click or tap. This is most useful when the list of posts on a thread is very long. If there are only a few posts it is still probably easier to go to the top of the page.
