There's a wee car park on the edge of the village (Coelbren I think it's called) where you can park up (free of course!) though it's on a bit of a slope so not ideal.

A morning shower under one of these in winter can be most bracing!
Only got caught once by a young lady and her dog around 8am.
Luckily the water was so cold I could never have been busted for flashing
