Served with potatoes, swedes and berries, like cranberries!

yum yum.......not! spent lots of time in Norway and had elk, whale etc which were both fine as i guess that would be too if it was presented as " pulled " meat.

let us know how he "enjoyed " the experience:xsmile:

He said he enjoyed it. I looked away. Mine was taken off the head because they knew I couldn't eat it. I don't even like to look at the photo.

These people who gave it to us say they are our friends.

Given it's close to Christmas they could have dressed it up a bit, a flashing Christmas tree ear ring perhaps, sun glasses, Santa beard?

More seriously a bit like a pig's trotter I would have thought - but a lot less fiddly. :xgrin:

But they really should have cleaned up the blood from the bolt gun...

Steph and I have taken note of your food preferences for your next visit to Parc Verger!

Steph is thinking along the lines of tripe served with bulls testicals garnished with a sheep's colon!
