Save a nice fat space for me. What's the weather forecast? Do I need to bring the marquee? Will we have space to erect it?

JJ, I just love your enthusiasm.
Always the first one to post pictures. Keep them coming. :thanks:
    Thanks for being there.
We tried to book on the last day, but was too late. If we manage to get there we will be in the main camping area. So maybe see you all there.:thanks:

    Have FUN

IMHO I think a marquee might be useful... (plus heaters...)

Not very warm at the moment...

Forecast not too good if I heard correctly...

Just grilling bacon and sausages for brekky...

What's the ground like? I'm thinking about tent pegs - heard from people who have visited the showground that in some places it can be rock solid.

BBC forecast is occasional light showers from today until Saturday, with Sunday OK. Possible heavy rain towards end of tomorrow. Wind 12 - 16mph.

Steelydan You can just turn up to the gate and pay but will be sited in the General area now at this late date, but nothing stopping you once settled in the general area to mosey over to the funsters area with your chair and join us for the day/evening, you will see all the lovely yellow fun flags to guide you (or a show steward will point you in the direction)

You can just turn up John and Lou and pay at the gate... you won't be parked with the other Funsters but you will be very, very welcome to wander over (Look for the bright yellow FUN signs) and join in the Fun! (or just have a quiet chat if you are shy like me...)

Well Kath... weather not too bad here... some showers but sunny now... our space is filling up...

Marshalling great... (although one from the Darkside has sneaked on... see photo)

    JJ

PS. The burger (with extra cheese and bacon) I had was horrible...

Dave (Snowbird) lured me into his van and made me drink stong beer...
