Sitting here in the van in Gods own county listening to the English language being spoken as it was always intended. The sound of the sea just lapping onto the sand. The sky as clear and as blue as can be, a nice cool breeze keeping the heat at bay. A huge liner just creeping past on its way up to Tilbury with yet another ship load of passangers coming to visit our fantastic capital. What a lovely day it is turning out to be.
You dont have travel thousands of miles in your motorhome to find what we all have on our doorsteps, it took just an hour on the M25 to get here and just an hour to get home.

Here today at QMJ, the app says it is going to be around 36 centigrade...

Good job the pool is in the shade of a cherry tree.

I can lie on my back in the cooling water and watch the birds eating the cherries... the cheeky freeloaders.

    Two points Mr Bill...

    1. If I "jumped" into my pool there would not be any water left in it to lie in and...

    2. At an indicated temperature of 26C there is no danger of any part of my (temple like) body getting frostbite. (y)

It has been a grand day, had a cooked breakfast around 8am in one of my favorite cafe's then we made an egg and prawn salad Al fresco for lunch.
We spent an hour watching this lady going through her yoga routine on the beach, some unbelievable positions and postures. What she was doing with her legs would make the Karmasutra blush. ;) Anyway home now recharged for the coming week.

You've gone back to the 5th Century? You have a time travelling van? I'm impressed.
