Since 2012 but longer in my dreams
Just had a truly magical day body boarding with the kids on a cracking beach in glorious sunshine at the Pointe de la torche .
To cap it off we went for an hours spinning off the rocks and caught a bag of mackerel ,can't wait for breakfast .Parked up in a field a short walk from the beach watching a glorious sunset.
Thanks magicsurfbus for the recommendation .

Please tell them not to switch the sun off as we are going to Brittany in September and we'll be heading for that area.

You're welcome Vlad - hope the weather holds out for you.

If you go in Spring you have the added bonus of seeing these in the fields on the road down to the beach:

Broken Link Removed
Like the Netherlands, only France.

Nearest aire the last time we went there was at St Guenole - no services though. (Rue du Viben, 47.823774, -4.370974)

There is an aire in the town to the left of the point ,however there is a field next to one of the beach car parks where the MH s overnight,no services and no charge .The beach is huge and bearing in mind this is French holiday time ,far from crowded,
We headed up north today with a stop around lunch at Dinan to see the old medieval quarters and by luck the market. We are at present holed up near Le Mont St Michel waiting for the farmers to lift the blockade so we can make a visit,on the plus side it's cider country so the waiting is less stressful
