Text on EBay has become gobbledegook. (1 Viewer)

Googled for an answer but found nothing. Can anyone tell me how to fix this?

I posted an item to sell on EBay yesterday, using my iPad but not using the EBay app.

Now every EBay item I look at, the description is all <<br>> and so on--- the sentences are there but in long strings of gobbledegook.

Any ideas ?

Go to the tab along the top in the description box while editing your listings

Select the Standard tab not HTML

As above. You are viewing the code which your computer uses to display the page correctly.

I've got the same problem and its every page I look at on eBay. It's only the description box, the rest of the page is ok

I've tried to list another item and the tab has disappeared completely and the description of every listing is the continuous string thing. Ebays way of getting every tablet user to use their App maybe?

Try using another browser like firefox.
