My electric step has stopped working on my 2004 Auto cruise Stargazer.

Electrics - switch and fuses seem O.K. So am about to remove motor although one bolt is giving me trouble.

Any contacts for servicing or supplying another motor would be appreciated. I have e-mailed the manufacturers in Italy (nuovamapa) but so far no reply.

Can't help with their contact details, but my previous motorhome had the same step and it stopped working. Turned out there was an isolator switch for it below the cab passenger seat. It was unmarked and I'd clicked it a few times to see what it did.

I mention it just in case you have something similar.

Good luck on a quick fix.

Thanks Brian I will try that when I get to the van later this week.
I did get a reply from Italy and they gave this contact address. (www.arleighonline.co.uk) to whom I have e-mailed.
