tall driver - T4 trooper (1 Viewer)

Hi - very new to this, but would like advice if anyone can help. Am thinking of buying/borrowing my Dad's T4 trooper (1991), thing is I don't know if I can fit in - and its a 200 mile trip to find out. Are there any tall people out there who own or have driven one (I'm 6ft 5, dads 5ft 8 !!). Have tried to find one for sale locally that I could try but no joy. Thanks in advance.

Further thought, I'm in Telford if anyone local owns one (trooper or trident) and I could try it in the next couple of days I'd be happy to donate a bottle of wine

Try googling "T4 Trooper" and it will bring up plenty of sites.
Some of these are hire company sites. Try giving them a ring, as a potential customer, and tell them you are tall and ask them for the internal dimensions (roof up, roof down).
I am pretty sure you will be able to fit in the driving area, if that is your concern.

You could always ask your dad to measure it

Yes he's got his tape measure out, just need to compare with something similar with an upright driving position now. Used to live up your way, dad still does. Thanks again.
