Does anyone know where to get a power steering conversion on a Talbot Express or the equivalent Fiat or Peugeot or Citroen van?

I know the feeling, used to have one.
Just google Talbot Express power steering, and you will find quite a few. One in Warwick for £800.
Failing that buy some tins of spinnich:Rofl1::driving2::driving2:

They've disappeared abroad with their customers money from what I read on another forum, the one in Stratford sounds good.

I've just come back from having power steering fitted to my Talbot Express camper, Elddis coachbuilt 2.5D with the big 16" wheels. I went to the place in Stratford that is advertising on Ebay and am very impressed with the steering and the service. It cost me £800 all inclusive and comes with a 12 month warranty. It took a day, but because I got there mid morning I stayed overnight in my camper (electric hook up provided) and had a look around Stratford-upon-Avon which was most enjoyable. Top job and thoroughly recommended.
