Do you have an iPad?

Good news for iPad, Blackberry Playbook, other tablet and dongle users – we're about to launch a new range of data only goodybags. From the 17th October you'll be able to purchase one of our new “gigabags”, which like their goodybag cousins all last a month:

- £5 gigabag gives you 500MB UK mobile internet
- £7.50 gigabag gives you 1GB UK mobile internet
- £12.50 gives you 3GB UK mobile internet

These are exclusively for use in tablets/dongles and it allows members to tether. For more information please see the blog about the new gigabags.

So if you or a friend have a tablet/dongle, order a SIM so you've got it ready and waiting for the launch date 17th October.

Team outings and happenings

It was the month for giving at giffgaff. Starting with a charity lunch fundraising for the Prince's Trust - evidence is in Judith's blog. The giffgaff staff gave their all white water rafting - check out Victoria's blog. giffgaff staff packed 2100 giffgaff goodies prize packs for the lucky winners of Claire's giffgaff goodies competition. See the paper cuts and bruises for yourself, go to Naiha's blog 'giffgaff staff go on a packing frenzy'.

I am aware that some giffgaff users use the sim in their phone and tether it to a laptop.

I am also aware of other users who use a giffgaff sim in a dongle.

Whilst both work, it is against the T's & C's

Now gg have brought out the data goodybags this changes things a little
